Partner Louise Sutherland heads up our family law department, working closely with our other family law  trainee solicitor Joanne Murray.

Louise and Joanne consult at our Chapel Street Office and deal with all manner of family related legal problems.

Louise has specialised in all aspects of Family law over the past twenty years, and as a consequence is regarded as one of the Aberdeen Bars' most experienced Family Practitioners.

Our firm deals with both  Private Client Family related cases and in certain circumstances Legal Aid cases also.

Legal Aid is available  for a range of Family related matters in the Scottish Courts subject to finacial eligibility requirements.

Graeme Murray and Companys' Family Law Solicitors are registered with the Scottish Legal aid Board to provide legal aid where an applicants financial eligibility requirements have been met.
